Revelation 7:12 shouts, "Amen! Praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God for ever and ever. Amen!"
Angels and elders shout this message to the Lord God in this passage of the Revelation of John. Without question, they offer these things to Him. Shall we not do so, also?
We praise you, Lord, for your goodness and your might. We see your Glory in all the world. We hear your wisdom spoken by brothers and sisters, and read of your wisdom in your Word. We give you our heartfelt thanks for your enduring mercy to us. We try to honor you by doing our best and encourage your honor being given in the service of others. We feel your power within us at times when we least expect it, and we wait for your promised power after asking for it. We have been given our strength through our prayers and the prayers of others. We feel strength in our hearts and body as if it was a growing thing. May you always abound with all the great goodness that you are and may we be included in your bounty as your children and heirs. In your most Holy Name, Amen.
