This is the month when we being to think about gifts. In Romans 5:1 and 8, we hear about the greatest gift ever given. " Since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ because......God proved His love for us in that, while we still were sinners Christ died for us." Peace and love comes through Jesus Christ!
"To me this is the most overwhelming statement in all of history. God loved us even when we were far away from Him, rejecting and denying Him. He came to earth in human form to teach, heal and redeem a very lost and forlorn humanity. God demonstrated once and for all that He deeply cares for the well-being of His creation. In order to complete this offer, we must will ourselves to accept it without reservation and with absolute confidence. That is what faith is--belief when it can't be measured or proven.
"God gave me, a sinner, the gift to turn my life away from a path without meaning to the way to come to Him to receive me. I alone could make that step, as God would never force it. This is the greatest part of faith. God calls; we choose. Keeping Faith is our job; and in doing it, Love and Peace are bestowed upon us by our wonderful God.
Praise you, Jesus, for these most wonderful gifts of all. Amen.
